General Shipping Information
At Coppin's Hallmark, we understand that when you place your order you want your gifts as soon as possible. All orders are normally shipped out the same or next business day (Monday-Friday) if received by 3:00 p.m. (Eastern). If we receive your order after 3:00 pm, then it will ship out the next business day. Our primary distribution center is located in northern Utah.
For orders inside the continental US, you can choose from the following shipping methods: Standard Shipping, Expedited, or Fedex Ground.
Standard shipping is the best value when you have the flexibility to allow for longer shipping times. You can have your order shipped FREE if it is over $30 and just $4.95 for smaller orders. We will choose the lowest cost shipper from either United States Postal Service (Parcel, First Class, or Priority), FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost to ship your packages. The size and weight of your shipment combined with your location determines which of these shipping companies we use to ship your order. It is estimated that it will take 3-10 business days to receive depending on your location.
Expedited shipping is the fastest shipping we offer and will ship using either USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or Fedex Ground and is estimated to take 2-5 business days and is only $7.95 for orders under $30 and $2.95 for orders over $30.
For those that prefer the increased tracking visibility and predictable delivery times offered by Fedex Ground service, you can choose Fedex Ground service for any order for a flat fee of $7.95.
