Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. For orders under $30.00 you may choose standard shipping for $4.95 or expedited for $7.95. For orders over $30.00 you may receive free standard ground shipping or for $2.95 your order may be shipped expedited.
Q: How long will it take to receive my shipment?
A: This varies depending on your location. All orders are shipped out the same day if received by 3:00 p.m. ET. If received after 3:00 it will ship out the next working day. We use either United States Postal Service or Fed Ex to ship packages. The size and weight of your shipment determines which of these two shipping companies we choose to ship your order. For standard ground shipping with both USPS and FEDEX it is estimated that it will take 3-9 days depending on your location. For expedited shipping it is estimated to take 2-5 days. Currently we ship only in the continental United States.

A: Coppin's Hallmark Shop is an independently owned and operated gift store, and in our brick and mortar stores we sell an excellent selection of Hallmark gifts, Hallmark Cards and other Hallmark products, however, due to licensing restrictions, we are limited to a few Hallmark items online.
