Return Policy
Coppin's Hallmark offers a complete satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase it may be returned within 30 days after purchase for a full refund. You can also cancel your purchase anytime before shipment for a full refund. To submit a return request see below.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. You have up to 30 days after your purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that returns will be sent to the following address: 2340 South Heritage Drive, Suite G, Nibley, Utah, 84321.
Steps to return an item:
- Contact us at shopcoppin@msn.com with your return request. Please include the following; order number, which item, and photos of the item.
- We will evaluate your return request within 1 business day.
- We will send a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package.
- Follow the steps in the email to return the item.
- When we receive your return, we will inspect it (within 3 business days). If accepted, we will issue a refund. If the item is not accepted, we will discuss options. (See below for refund information.)

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we will issue a full refund excluding shipping. If you received free shipping, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. You'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you still do not see the money in your bank account and 10 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at shopcoppin@msn.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns for on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
